German Cuisine
Traditional German Cuisine is known for healthy, hearty dishes served with utmost care. In fact, many of the American foods are originated from the traditional recipes of German food. Moreover, German food is greatly influenced by the country’s local regional delicacies.
If you think of German cuisine as of a mere mix of Beer & Sausage, then it would be a reprehensible statement of this very fine tradition of German Foods. In fact, we appreciate the vigorous, well-prepared, well served foods.
The meals I selected come from different regions in Germany. If you have a request for a dish that is currently not on the list, let me know and I’ll see if I can make it available. Some recipes ask for specific ingredients I can’t get in the local stores.
I do consider importing German products at some point; including pastes; special cookies like the Dresdner Weihnachtsstollen (a special Christmas cake), Nuremberger Lebkuchen (cookie), and the famous Sachertorte (cake) from Vienna, Austria.
Meals will be delivered in boxes — frozen if you don’t eat the dish right away. Pancakes get dry fast, so the best way you can enjoy them as if they came right out of the pan is to deliver them frozen.

German classes for all ages!
The program for kids provides everything a child needs to speak German with the accent, grammar, and vocabulary of a mother tongue. It’s learning through playing, picture card games, singing, etc. – so even 2-year-olds can participate. They’ll learn to speak and memorize easy words they’re using daily in their mother tongue. It’s fun and easy! Classes will be held at your home, church or daycare center (in my local area). * Lessons for adults: Are you are planning a trip to the German-speaking countries for business or pleasure and don't want to consult the dictionary for each single word? Or maybe you want to be able to talk/write to relatives or friends in Germany? Is learning a foreign language a requirement to receive your college degree? Even if you'd just like to learn basic communication or continue with advanced lessons -- in any case, the lessons are customized to meet your needs/skill level, and are one-on-one unless the students’ skills are on the same level. You don't need to live in my area to sign up for a class: I ALSO OFFER ONLINE CLASSES via SKYPE. Each student receives a certificate upon completing the 10 or 12-week classes. Lessons are as individual as my students, and I'll make sure you'll learn AUTHENTIC GERMAN in conversation and writing style including typical German phrases.

I am a seasoned, international traveler, and I can help you plan your trip to Germany and/or neighbor countries, whether it is for business or pleasure. From finding the ‘right’ hotel, restaurants, booking train rides, to sightseeing tips and seeing places that are ‘off the beaten path’.
There are no fixed prices for this service. Once you contact me with detailed info regarding your trip, I’ll calculate time and price depending on how much assistance you need.
I also offer translating, proof-reading and editing letters, articles, documents and stories.

Website Translation
If you'd like to have your website translated into German, please email me with details (website URL, number of pages, deadline, etc.). Accepting a lengthy project depends on my schedule, the theme of your website, and how fast you want it to be finished. Inquiries to translate a German website into English are also welcome. Please contact me for prices and/or if you have any questions. If we agree on the price, we'll make a contract, and then I'll start with the translation.
